How Can I know if PackData Connection is Available ??

How can I check if PackData Connection IS Available or not??

Even I would like to know if some method exists.

Does some Rproperty in publish and subscribe OR some CR Key exists for letting us know that user has a GPRS service enabled and PacketData connection is available?

Any suggestions folks!
