related to property file

Actually i want to create a property file for reading and writing data is it possile without using fileconnection actually when i am create text file in resourse folder then i am applicable read data but not applicable for writing so you have any guess realted to this .

You geht a path were you can write and read through

private static String  theRoot=System.getProperty("fileconn.dir.private");

this directory is not visible for the user.

or if you only want to save settings, you can use RecordStores
