Creating a Reminder on S40

Hello All.. I needed some help in my project where i am using Push Object Registry to set the alarms in the background. At the mentioned time a reminder pops on my mobile screen asking me whether i want to start the application or not.

(1) The problem is that it is not accompanied by the tone i have set for normal reminders. Can u pl suggest a way to assign a tone to the reminder when it pops on the screen?

(2) The reminder is displayed on the screen in the particular format
Reminder
Time
MIDlet name

Is there a way to let me change this format to suit my requirements?
