Network error during Certified Signed submission

I've tried submitting our most recent application several times with both IE and Firefox, restarting the browser, etc, since last Friday. Each time I've got the message:

FAILURE: Network communication failure. Please try again.

Since it takes 5-10 minutes to go through the submission process filling in all the forms, my patience is wearing thin.

I'm following exactly the same process used for each of the previous applications we've had signed.

Hello Jearl,

I have experienced such a problem with OpenSigned Online but I am surprised that you are getting this for Certified Signing option.

Anyways I can see your problem on SymbianSigned network which is the right place to ask such signing related questions.
