Hi!
I've installed the following:
ActivePerl (lastest release)
S60_3rd_Edition_SDK_Feature_Pack_2_v1_1_en.zip
But when I try to install Carbide.vs 3.0 I can't because its wizard doesn't recognize Symbian SDK installed.
Any advice?

I am not sure about the FP2-specific issue, but "latest version" of ActivePerl is a wrong pick, you need 5.6.1 635 or 638 (both the release notes for the SDK-s and the pre-requisites page in the installer - which you are fighting with - emphasizes that).
Also note that the Carbide.vs documentation does not say explicitly that it supports S60 3rd FP2 - you may consider trying an older, compatible SDK (note that there are only a very few devices supporting the FP2 SDK actually) too. If you have a specific target device, check its specs on www.forum.nokia.com/devices
See KIS001048 - S60 3rd Edition SDK FP2 - Workarounds and Updates, and as a general recommendation do read all the release notes for the products you install, especially if we are talking about software development tools.
