real time video streaming via bluetooth

i am currently in the infancy of this project(idea),can any one give me a suggestion on the following idea

suppose i've a laptop which has an integrated webcam and is bluetooth enabled,now i wanna use this laptop camera as a spycam and capture the contents of any room or anything,now if i have another laptop which is also bluetooth enabled,what i want to do,is to transfer the feeds of spycam laptop to the other one via bluetooth,or i may summarise as i want to keep a look on my laptop thru the spycam laptop and this will all be done via bluetooth,
i wud like to know that is it possible?if possible,will a client server code be used in doing this or a standalone code wud do it?
i wud like to tell that i want to do this in J2ME.

where is the part where a mobile phone is used ?
if u are only planning to use two laptops then u shouldnt be programming in j2me but in a less severely limited language...

m plannng to use mobile emulator first,if successful then on an actual device.

is this the next discussion about "wat shud i develop" ? i read that in Streaming Video over Bluetooth have the same topic and a better deep concept to start that not reply yet too. maybe this topic can be merge ?
as i know, NCF that u will use if u want to connect ur nokia emulator with bluetooth is only support to connecting between emulator, not with dekstop application.
So, u need to try and error on actual device to connect to ur dekstop server even its still in testing.

Now the things are,i have a PC with bluetooth dongle and a webcam,the video which is captured by webcam is to be seen directly on the phone....

Please,Someone explain me the concept of how to send a video from PC to mobile via bluetooth in streaming form.What are the necessary requirements
