SMS via Operator.

Hi,

I have developed a application in which the sms is sent via HTTP,
i mean to say, the app. gets the input from user and sends the message to server as XML, then the server will take care of delivering the message to destination number.
Every time user sends SMS, a confirmation is asked whether to continue SMS via HTTP?, if user gives yes, then the messages will be send via HTTP post. if user gives no, i have to send the SMS via the operator(the service provider).

How can i send sms via operator if user choice is no?
Is their any way to handle it?

Pls anyone help me to step out this porblem.
