Use Third Party Library for DRM

I have a third-party library (developed in OpenC/C++) for DRM management. My task is to use this library for digital rights and decryption of Encrypted contents that is provided to me as encrypted video file.

Can i use OMA DRM API to include this third party library and using it for DRM purpose in my project.

Please Suggest.
