Outgoing SIP calls fail: internet telephone service not available

I configured my Nokia E71 phone to use my SIP account with budgetphone.nl, a local VoIP provider. I used the following settings:

Settings -> Connection -> SIP settings

Profile name: Budgetphone
Service profile: IETF
Default access point: KPN UMTS
Public user name: sip:31107142219@budgetphone.nl
Use compression: Yes
Registration: Always on
Use security: No
Proxy server: <not configured>
Registrar server:
Registrar server address: sip:sip.budgetphone.nl
Realm: budgetphone.nl
User name: 31107142219
Password: <my password>
Transport type: Auto
Port: 5060

Settings -> Connection -> Internet telephone

Profile name: default
SIP profiles: Budgetphone

The account registers succesfully, and I can receive calls on my VoIP account. However, whenever I try to make an outgoing call to a phone number through VoIP (Options -> Call -> Internet call), it tries to call to <phonenumber>@sip.budgetphone.nl and returns the message:

internet telephone service not available

This makes sense to me, as the number I try to call does not exist at sip.budgetphone.nl. When I try to call a number that DOES exist at budgetphone.nl, it indeed works. However, it is unclear to me how I should call a phone number through SIP.

Some additional information:
- It does work for me when I use a software SIP application on my computer
- It is no restriction with my UMTS provider; I tried it both with wireless and UMTS

I'd really like to get this to work, as I bought my phone without a plan.

I had some outgoing call-problems also. In my case I connected to a pbx. I forgot to check the box for a direct outsideline. Allso a bit stupid.

I have an E90 and since just before Christmas it has exactly this error: Registration and incoming calls succeed but when I attempt an outgoing call it gives me the "Internet telephone service not available. etc.." message. My SIP settings are:

Profile: PV
Service profile: IETF
Default a/p: MySSID
Public U/N: sip:6000000@sip.plus.net
Use compress: No
Reg: Always On (tried 'When needed')
Use security: No
PROXY - 2nd level menu:
sip:natproxy.plus.net
Realm: newsip
User name: 6000000
Password: **** - changed three times to ensure correct, fails to register if "bad"
Loose routing: Yes
Transport: UDP
Port: 5082
REGISTRAR - 2nd level menu:
sip:sip.plus.net
Realm: newsip
User name: 6000000
Password: **** - changed three times to ensure correct, fails to register if "bad"
Transport: UDP
Port: 5060

I have tried this on three very different WiFi networks - all of which DID work until mid-December - one is public WiFi, other are private.

I saw several old posts when I searched and I have read most of them but I have yet to see an actual answer for an E90 - the SIP guide and config tool seems to be S60s? but I can't be too sure as I am not 'into' mobile 'phones - I just want them to work...

If anyone wants to comment on whether an E65 or E95 would work any better then that would be useful - I need SIP, Web and E-Mail - GPS would be nice but I don't have a pile of cash for an unlocked Smartphone at the moment... If the SIP on 3G was better than my E90 that would also help.

Hello!
I have had the same in my E71. Registration succesfull, receiving possible, but calling out impossible. I have changed the option Send my internet call ID to Yes and now it is working. The path is: Tools > Settings > Phone > Call > Send my internet call ID.
