Send data from Nokia 7650 to PC

I can send Files from PC to my Nokia 7650 but I cannot send Files from my Nokia 7650 to my PC ! Error :No connection.What can I do. Must I do something with The COM PORTS ? PC Suite is functionallity too. I had an Infrared which on I had no Problems but Bluetooth is to much complicate with the mobifon!!
Please help me!

Check first that your Bluetooth solution supports Object Push Profile. If not, you cannot send files from Nokia 7650 to your PC (in that case you can only get them from the phone using PC Suite).
