How DRM affects in symbian phones? I know that symbian phones have open file system which make possible transfer files from phone to personal computer.

Is it possible that symbian phones have no access to drm-protected files?

If I create forwad-locked file with Nokia Content Publishing Toolkit 2.0 Is it possible to transfer that file to pc and then to another DRM-supported phone.

    Hi,

When you get drm-file to your Symbian terminal, the content inside the drm-file is encrypted by the terminal and it stays encrypted all the time. The encryption is also device specific, ie. even if you get the encrypted file out of the terminal, you are unable to use it anywhere else.

    Best regards,
