Fatal error emulator

Hi All,

I am working in S60.Suddenly I am getting following error when I start my emulator.

Ekern.exe::Supervisor
Error KERN : 52

What is the reason for this?

From the Eror messages info, KERN 52 means:
[This fault is raised if the startup of kernel extensions fails]

What could be the problem?

have you installed / upgraded any drivers. If not only solution i can see is uninstall and install again.

and please notice, s60 sdk has some limit.

the best way is you install all about tools in default path.

perl use 5.6.1 version, and install in c:\perl
j2re use 1.4.2 or 1.5, not use 1.6(or you need some config)
sdk install c:\symbian

and IDE also need install in c driver.

and not update any system env, like TEMP, TMP.
