Languge Resource Files Not Found (Nokia 6360)

Installed Nokia PC Suite 4 (version 4.4). No problem moving info over to phone via infrared but when I try to see it displayed it indicates this error-

Language Resource Files (NCC_*.NLR) files not found! Please reinstall this software and try again.

I reinstalled it twice with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
I am using Windows XP Professional
