Profile Access using Java API

Hi All...,

I am writting an application which uses the GPRS connection on the phone. The application calls the url to access the page. Before showing the page, phone shows "the profile page that which carrier access (access point) you want to use."
Ex. 0 Airlet Live!
0 Airtel_West_Wap
0 Vodafone Live!
0 Vodafone_West_Wap etc.

Is there any Java API to access these types of profiles to prompt the user while accesing the GPRS connection on the phone?

You can use lap info API. Through this API you can select Access Point programatically you do not need to select it at the run time so this api might help you.

Thanks for the information.

But It requires S60 SDK. IAP Info API is an extension of GCF (read in the doc which u sent). I can't use this like GCF because it requires S60 SDK. rite? Can I use it on any phone which support JME?

In that case i do not think you can do it any j2me application. It is user's choice so as a developer there are no way we can control it.
