Register Carbide.ui/ Carbide.ui crash

I have recently downloaded the Carbide.ui Theme edition.

Whenever I click the help > Register option, the program crashes.

I have tried this many times but it keeps happening. How can I register this copy?

I should say that there was a problem when I was downloading. When I was installing the program it said that many files were corrupted in my setup .cab file. I chose ignore for all those messages. The program is running. But the register error keeps happening.?
I have 52 Kbps dial up Internet so downloading the complete file again is difficult for me.

I have downloaded it again. This time I used a broadband line. All the setup error are gone but the registration problem still remains.

Hi,

I have tried both with internet connection and without internet connection. Both are working fine. I am able to registered successfully. Please let me know some more information, like what is the operating system, what is the RAM speed and what specific error you are getting while doing the registration activities.

Once I have all the information, I will help you to resolve this issue.

I have windows XP SP3, RAM is 640 MB but I am not sure about the speed, it has a 2 GHz Pentium 4 processor.
I don't have any error codes. The program just crashes and nothing else comes up.
I have about 6GB free space in the drive where it is installed.
I tried with both Mozilla and Internet explorer as the default browser.
I disabled my firewall while trying to register.
I also tried it on another computer but its the same there too.

Hi,

Your system configurations looks fine. Now, could you tell me how do u invoke the application? Are you run the application from shortcut or from the start menu or somewhere else?

One more question, Is the tool get crashed or the browser got crashed while fetching the Serial No?

You just gave me the Idea. I tried running it form the start menu but nothing happened. Then I went to the directory where it was installed and this time I was able to register. I was running it from desktop all this time.
