    Hi,

    I want to know, do we have any condition/limitation by which an application can not be express signed and can only be Certified Signed?

    Please share the information.

    I'm sure that the explanation is shared already in The Complete Guide To Symbian Signed.

    Applications using Restricted capabilities cannot be Express Signed. See also Platform Security and Symbian Signed
