Accessing Bookmark database in widget /S60 application

Hi All,
Is it possible to access Browser's database through widget's? I have seen one post where its said that its not possible. But since its possible to access data from phones, contacts etc(Javascript APIs) then why its not available for browser? One more doubt- Do its not possible in S60 application also? If Yes, then how it can be implement?

Is Access to bookmark database,in WRT Widgets environment, possible now or still its not there ? I have not found any documentation where information about accessing bookmark database in widgets is present.
