Viewing CNN Video Streams on the N79

Hi all,

I want to watch CNN Streaming Videos (http://edition.cnn.com/video/flashLi...stream=stream1) on my Nokia N79. Could someone guide me on the procedure to follow to access these video streams on my Nokia N79.

Hi Alec,

this site is reserved for software developers and software development related problems. Your question seems to look at the problem from an end-user perspective so you should be posting it on an end-user discussion board such as http://discussions.europe.nokia.com

However, there seems to be little you can do. CNN's web platform would either not recognize the browser (if you go to http://edition.cnn.com/video) or recommend a Flash Player update (actually not available for Symbian based phones) if you open the live stream URL.

My advice, open a support request with CNN (see http://edition.cnn.com/feedback/forms/form9d.html) and evaluate with their technical team whether access to the stream is possible with your device. That might help CNN open their eye on a new market segment too.
