    Hello,
    I want to do something but I dont know how to do it. When an sms comes to my phone I want to open the sms read it edit the sms and then save again the sms as unread it to my inbox. Is this possible?

    Yes, it is possible. Check this link - Preprocessing the incoming message + example application attached to article - SmsModifier.
