Automatic activation of WAP OTA settings

Is it possibile to activate a new profile sent by OTA as predefined profile? I know that it's possible to save the new profile, but not if I can activate it in an automatic way.

There is no way to activate the settings automatically if the user already has some settings in the phone. This could lead to the situation that user would not know what the activated settings are...
