Promotions of training events by Symbian/Nokia partners

I am trainer/owner at Inmote. We have an upcoming training event on 23 - 27 March 2009: Symbian OS Essentials and Systems Programming. Would it be possible to have this event included on the agenda for Nokia events on:

Can we include these events in the Forum Nokia Developer Newsletter?

Who do we need to contact in order to get information about these possibilities?

yes - that is an excellent idea! I have seen some promotions for S60 events in Russia on that site. Posted my event just a few minutes ago.
