Error when packaging!!!

Hi everybody,

I get this problem when change the platform from s603rdFp1&Fp2 to 5th or E71(Plug-in and create new package.

and when change from 5th/E71 to Fp1&Fp2 the package is successful(no problem).

I'm tired of this problem
I hope to find a solution here.
