Problem during sending an MMS message to EAIF Emulator

Hallo,
I'm now using "Nokia Developer's Suite for MMS Version 1.0" and trying to send an MMS message to the MMSC EAIF Emulator. In the page 18 of the User's Guide of "Nokia Developer's Suite for MMS Version 1.0" :

Start the MMSC EAIF emulator before you send a message. NDS does not automatically start it. You start the emulator by double-clicking: DSmms-Install-Directory>/MMSC_EAIF_emulator/bin/runeaif.bat

I have done these with /bin/start.bat, not runeaif.bat. But sending is failed.
Was wrong is it? In which path should I install EAIF Emulator?

By the way: "Sending an MMS Message to a Phone SDK Instance" is already successful.

You can see EAIF emulator message log what was wrong with the message.
