SIP VoIP Settings fields

I have some questions after reading the documentation (users guide) related to SIP VoIP Settings application:

- Why the range of RTP ports go from 1024 to 65534?
- In the field "Secure call preference", What does 'secure RTP' exactly mean? Does it uses SRTP protocol when is active?
- What happens when "Allow VoIP over WCDMA" is off?? What is the meaning of this field when using Wifi? and when using 3G?
