Nokia 6233 device switches off while running a j2me application

I am having a chat application which has Hashtables,threads,httpconnection & tcp connection.

In Nokia 6233 after launching the application and after keeping for some time or doing some doing some operation like sending message and all the device switches off suddenly and we have switch on the power again.

Any Idea what would be the problem

Dear Colombus2in Welcome to the Forum Nokia. DId you try to test application on other device ? It seems the problem of device. But if application working in the same way then it may be problem of application.
