Cannot read Jad, Jar files on my phone? "Nokia 6300"

i have a problem installing the mini opera on my phone,,

the program is in jad and jar files and my phone w/c is nokia 6300 cannot read the jad and jar files.,.,

how can i fix this???

im just a user,,

i downloaded a nokia pc suite to install the file, the problem is my phone can connect on the computer using the usb cable but the problem is the pc suite can't detect my cellphone,.,

What should i do for this???

there is no problem with the connect it's just that the pc suite can't detect my phone.,.
