Signing and Debuging

I'm working on an application for the N95 and up until recently I could self sign my app, install and debug without any problem. But now I need the Location capability and since N95 is 3rd edition FP1 I was going to use Open Signed Online since I do not have a publisher ID.
My question is do I need to Open Signed Online the debug sis every time I build app just to check if everything is OK or is there a way to avoid that.

Yes you do, any modifications to the packets requires it to be re-signed.
