Nokia 6300 - Indicate call forwarding and Synchroisation

I have 2 questions to Nokia 6300
1. Indicate call forwarding
If I pass calls on on Nokia 6300, approx. 1-2 seconds appear an message on the display. Subsequently, the message is faded out. Can I change the settings, so that the message is not faded out?

2. Synchroisation Outlook - Nokia 6300 via PC Suite 7.1.26.0
After the synchronisation I get references that not all notes became to transfer 6300 to Nokia. reason: little storage location is indicated maybe. On the memory card 114MB and in the telephone memory 4.76MB is free! Where are the data on Nokia 6300 stored?
