How do you think that this will affect JavaME in the next future?

    How can we know?

How will it affect Solaris? (Oracle runs on other operating systems.)

How will it affect SPARC? (Oracle runs on other architectures.)

But then, no point buying Sun only to scrap it's products. Oracle might work on other operating systems and architectures than Sun's, but it does rely on Java. So Java must surely be the safest of Sun's products.
