Welcome to the Forum!!

Well if you have the sources, you can do the On-device debugging. So if you are able to have the same for the native applications, then you can and its just the same way as you would for any 3rd party application.

Yes, of course you can do that using Carbide.c++ IDE v2.0 which offers On device debugging feature for free.
