Trace in output window

Hello all,

I use JBuilder8 Personnal Edition with Mobile Set 3.01, J2ME and Nokia 3410 emulator to create a simple application for my phone. I launch my application by the micro debug command.

In my code, I have some troubles so I add some few lines like that:

System.err.println("Instruction i done&quot

I cannot see them in the message window.
How can I set the emulator config to do that? Which parameters to add and where? I'm a bit lost here.

Please, give me some clue on how I can solve my problem. I don't ask you to solve my coding problem. I only want to know how I can improve my knowledge on developping bug free midlets.

Why don't you use System.out.println("Instruction is done" ?

AS suggested by Dima use
System.out.println(" "
that will give u the result at the instruction window...not the emulator tho...for that i sujjust u look at "Screen.append"
