I need help

What I am trying to do as the following:

pack video file in sis file
When the user receive the sis file in his mobile the sis file told him to set as ringtone/video ringtone.

Advice me please

you should then add an executable into the sis file that would do the additional part.

I have no experience with sis development, How I can make this? If you have such tutorial to help me to acheive what I am looking at.

Symbian C++ is propably not the easiest to start with, anyway, you could try out the E-Learning stuff, and also you could check all other getting started material.
