Your Service Contractor - TELEPLAN SUCKS

To Nokia:

As a customer, I have no avenue to address the frustration I have with your service personnels aka Teleplan. I know this may not be the appropriate forum but I need to get this across.

These people at Teleplan DO NOT know how to repair phones. They are squandering the brand image that Nokia has built up over the years. Do not use these people to service your phones anymore!
