    Hi,
Yet another issue that we are experiencing with Ovi store is that we changed the price of SBSH Reminders from 7 euros to 3 euros. After a long time(!) the application page price is 3 euros but on the outside (when previewing apps) the tooltip says 7 euros!

This can be very confusing for users and they might not know that the app. is much cheaper!

    Please, can you fix this?!

    Also, what about sales reports?!
How can we tell if we sold anything? This is super important to us and ALL developers(!)

Where can we see the reports? And if we can't, when will they be ready?

    Thanks!

    Hi Roy,
I looked at this and found the price is £3 on the tool tip and £3 GBP on the main screen. So UK pounds GBP is consistent.

    SBSH Reminders UK

    Thanks
    Jim

Many thanks Jim for your help with this! The same price is indeed showing now on both the popup window and within the application description page itself.

Another quick question if possible - we submitted a second game (LuckyCoins)which already passed QA about 15 days ago or more (for both the 3rd edition and 5th edition file revisions). Is there anyone that I should try and contact about this that will be able to look at this more closely and help us have the game published?

We have three more apps that are still not listed on Ovi and we are getting ready with those, but I would really like to keep things as organized as possible and therefore would like to first try and get LuckyCoins out of the queue and listed as our second published application.

If you have any contact email that you believe we should contact and might be helpful to look at this issue this will be really great.

Many thanks for your time and assistance with this!

This is a difficult one and refer to Ovi Publisher guide.

    7. EDITING CONTENT ALREADY IN QA
You can edit existing content at any time even it is submitted for QA. However, content can only be withdrawn if the QA team is not already testing it.
The QA stops when you start to edit your file. If you edit content that has already been submitted to QA, your content will be returned to the end of the Nokia testing queue once you resubmit it, meaning that the QA process on your content may take longer. If your item was already published before editing, the QA process checks the changes before the content item is republished.

Before you can edit existing content you must first unlock it.
    1. In the Content tab click Content Items.
    2. Click the content item you want to edit. The Content Item tab opens.
    3. Click the Unlock all button.
You can now edit your content item.
    --------------------------------------------------------

You will see the highlighted text, where the problems occur and the delay can be from the time you "lock" the items.

Over the weeks this looks like that the publish cycle is at the weekend Saturday/Sunday. New content became available on Sunday.
    *DONT* leave your content unlocked

    [/QUOTE]

Once you do the above this is not reverseable, you *CANNOT* cancel your actions and *EVERYTHING* is unlocked. You can relock but you will be at the back of the queue.

Finally IMHO this applies to content that has *PASSED* QA because this put the app back in the QA state.

I am probably reading between the lines here
