    How easily can new applications be downloaded onto the Nokia 3650? What steps/tools/accessories do we need to take?

    We are mobile application developers and the 3650 seems perfect for several projects.

    Hi,
    there are several ways for one, Bluetooth, Infrared, you could use PCSuite or put .jar directly on device. For first read 3650 User Guide, one describe installation very good.
