java card on S60 emulator

hi every body.
i have been trying to find how to create IDE to Develop dava card program
on the symbian emulator. i mean
first i want to create virtually java card on SDK.
then i want to test some java card program on the S60 emulator.
but i did not found any use full things on net.
if any body know please help me.

i dont think you can make javacard aplication using S60 emulator.for Java card there is different emulator and sdk provided by java card provider.Hey try to read gemalto which is very good.
