How to draw screen in background

Hi every one

I want to implement a program in 5800. It should have two features.

First, the program should be run in background , and Could simulate point event , and send to the focus window(system).
So I can control the phone in my way.

Secondly It could draw a board on the screen all the time, meanwhile it could draw a circle when and where the point event happened.

Could you give me some advise, many thanks.

The application can run in back ground but for simulate point event you can check the link.

second point can also be done.
