Getting Publisher's ID

Hi All,

I want to sign my symbian c++ application using Express signing Option but i don't have a publisher's ID. Is there any criteria for getting the publisher's ID or any one can buy it?

Thanks for the reply. I have one more query related to the Express Signed process.

What does it mean by 20 dollars for every application signing(content ID)? If my application gets signed sucessfully, can i sell the application freely, without any more charges?

I think for doing an Express signing, you have to sign your sis with ACS ID and key. Then for each submission for Symbian signing you have to buy a content ID and submit to Symbian signing site.

Express signing require (additional) content ID for each application to be signed(which is cost 20 USD, if an not wrong). After successful signing with "Express signing" you can distribute your application to as many user as you want, without any more charges.
