how do i use this? i have a nokia 6300

The Nokia 6300 is a Series 40 device, so you can't install or use PyS60 on it (because, as the name says, it's only available for S60 devices).

ok is there anyway to use it from a pc?

Well, sort of. You can try to use an emulator (with the PyS60 SDK installed) to run it. I tried the sms sending function and it didn't throw any errors, just that it didn't actually do anything.
