Radio mutes during recording

Hello all.
I need to record audio files and I use CMdaAudioRecorderUtility for this. It works fine, but I noticed that if radio is playing when my application starts recording, radio stops playing and continues after finishing of recording. Maybe someone knows why it happens.

I believe this is deliberate to prevent anyone making digital recordings of a radio broadcast with their device.

There has been a lot of legal uncertainty about this issue and Nokia is just avoiding potential litigation.
