MyView example points to missing document on FN

In section 2.6 of the MyView example, it says, "refer to document S60 Platform: Utilizing External Application Views, which can be found from Forum Nokia's web-site."

I've searched for this on the web site and in the dev lib, but while search returns community posts that refer to this document, the document itself is nowhere to be found.

(1) Could the document please be made available (or updated link be made available), and (2) could the link be placed directly into the tutorial?

Thank you for digging into this, Ron.

Yes, the document that is archived in the ZIP file seems to be the correct document. Perhaps it should be pulled out and made available independently, or included in the document library, and perhaps updated for S60 5e?

I have sent feedback to the writer so that this would be fixed in the next library release. The update for the document itself needs to be considered. In many applications, UIDs have remained the same but there may be some changes.
