"visual caller id" of nokia 7250 & Pc-suite 5.1

As i have seen on the site nokia.COM, the 7250 has got the function "visual caller id", it means, that you can attache fotos at the contacts... It does not work! Also, you can't send fotos from the phone to the pc. Pc-suit 5.1. Hasn't got the function.... Next: I can't send visitcards whit fotos from the pc to the phone.... Am i blind?
If someone could help me..... Thanks!

P.S.: the 7250 has got the software version 3.12

The application Phone Browser can access the "file system" in Nokia 7250. You can use it to move/copy photos between 7250 & PC.

Thank you for the information! It works on W 2000 but not on Xp. It gives me the following error: "written could not be terminated"....
