    Hi,

I am new to Series 60 and Symbian Development.

I have an app which works on emulator. I have created the SIS file for the application.

But I am not sure how to install it onto the phone (Nokia 3650).

Can someone please suggest what I should do to be able to install and test my app on the phone?

I do not have irDA or bluetooth ports.

    Thanks

    rkuppala,

one method is to use bluetooth. I also have the 3650. i got mine with the metrowerks symbian dev kit.

you purchase a bluetooth usb device for your pc and you can wireless transfer the app to your phone.

i cannot confirm this, as my 3650 needs a dummy sim card and i'm having one hell of a time getting one.

i got my bluetooth device from belkin part # F8T003.

    good luck

thanks a lot for the info.

but i need a "non-tech" method of installing the app. my boss who needs to see the apps on his phone is in a different continent presently. so as of now i am sticking to transferring the app as an attachment in an email.

It should be possible to put the app on a wap server and to download it with the integrated browser
