how does it take to be out of pending status

Our widget is still in pending after a week ... does it take THAT long? or ... LONGER?

One or two weeks is common. If it goes longer than two weeks, try sending an email. One day a week (Thursdays?) app pending apps get moved into the store, then IIRC about a week later they're search indexed.

I have had my app pending QA for two weeks tomorrow.

I tried emailing, but the response was "I'll request QA team review" which does not seem to have done anything.

Very frustrating.
Publishing to Android market happens straight away.

After my last posting I heard from OVI that my app has passed QA and should be published within another 7 days. So that would make 3 weeks from submission to publishing, but today I had another email to say that it will be a little longer and my app will be published on 19 October so a little over 3 weeks.

Today I wanted to buy some apps from OVI myself, but I when I try to log the site says

“We're sorry.
The Nokia Account authentication system is currently down. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience.”

I hope its not down for long!
