complain to technical service in Turkey

I’m using a Nokia for a long time.I have a N73 Model .and this phone is failured and then I gave a service other day.



They said to me we didnt fix it , only we changing another one.I accepted longer than 1 month at last cell phone were delivered.



But it havent turkish menu.and again ı gave a technical service.still ım waiting a answered for a solution.
