hi..
i am writting in turkey and i have a problem..i complainted nokia services and nokia turkey team. i had a nokia 5800express music and its broken at 05.08.2009. i gave the phone nokia service KVK on 05.08.2009 and it did not repair in 30 works day and decide to change the phone by kvk nokia services on 14.09.2009

finally my phone isnot still arrive at me.i called again and again nokia turkey team at this number +902123371717 and didnt solve my problem. they are say me again and again '' your phone is waiting to change'' .because they did not help me. i am complaining nokia turkey team to nokia directors with mediator this web page.
