Is it possible to override the standard options menu on the left-hand side of the screen and, for example, put one's own ""ok"" option on the right when necessary ?

No, it is not possible in our terminals with WML code. You can do something with WMLScript (confirm dialog) but it is not so much. So, you can't really replace the option menu or control the softkey functionality.
