Bluetooth Sockets

The document "A Guide to P.I.P.S." mentions Bluetooth socket, but they seem not to be implemented (for example, I could not find the function strtoba).

Are the Bluetooth sockets available in the current OpenC version?, if not, someone knows when are they going to be available?.

Just for the record: finally I have used Symbian C++ native sockets (it was not easy :-( )
