Accelerometer N95

Hi.I need to know which is the accelerometer of n95. I mean the model.
For example the Sun Spot's accelerometer is a LIS3L02AQ.
I am doing a research and i need the model in order to compare with others.

Try this link. It says "Analog Devices ADXL340KCPZ Accelerometer".
