I was looking for a Flash Lite specific way for getting the Local IP and Mac, For the Mac address I found that this could be done with the Flash Lite ActionScript Api with the Service Object.
Haven't yet found a way for the IP address.

Sorry I didn't nocie that this is the flash lite board.

You are right the S60 5th Edition support the so called "Service API" which provide programming language neutral support, and the system info service api can be used by all programmin language/runtime to get the WLan MAC address. In addition to Flash Lite, it can also be used in WRT:

I've no idea how to get the IP address in Flash Lite.
